Introduction

Pampro is a company that aims to educate the Ghanaian people on the impact of the purchase decisions they make and provide them with low-impact alternatives to environmentally harmful materials such as single use plastics and packaging, with a focus on bamboo, cornstarch and plant fibers.

Pampro collects personal information about you during your use of our website, sign-ups and services and through our cookie technology as you use and navigate our website.

If you provide us with personal information (your name, postal address, telephone or email address), or have done so in the past, via our website, we use that information to send you updates on our latest services and promotions or to contact you so that we may learn more about our customers.

In accordance with the law of 08/12/1992 regarding the processing of personal data, the user has the legal right to consult and correct their personal data. Upon confirmation of your identity (copy of identity card), you can receive a written notification of your personal data free of charge by sending a written, dated and signed request to Pampro, 2108, The Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE or via welcome@pampro.life . You can also requet corrections to any data that may be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.

In line with the recently approved General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implemented in the EU on 25th May 2018, we have updated our privacy policy to safe-guard your fundamental right for data protection.

Individuals have the right to access their personal data as well as have the choice to limit the use and disclosure of their personal data including the right to have personal data erased. Such requests for access and/or limitations should be made to welcome@pampro.life

Retention

We will retain your information for such a period as we are legally obliged to keep it, or for the period necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected, whichever is the longer. If you have requested your data to be erased, this is put into effect within 30 days.
